Lots of pre-written messages and information sent and requested in advance by SMS about us and about the accommodation.

Making contacts which may imply concern and a pleasant welcome but which turned out to be the opposite upon our arrival.

Request to sign an inventory of fixtures and a paper inventory otherwise refusal to enter the accommodation.

Unfriendly personality towards his guests and showing distrust towards us. We really didn't feel comfortable.

The accommodation conforms to the description.
