Chatelaillon Lodge

I book my stay now:

1. I check the availability (Reminder tariffs, GTC),
2. I block the dates by booking online with secure multilingual payment from our partner Elloha,
3. I choose my options and services when booking my dates or later,
4. I receive a confirmation by email,
5. Bertrand contacts me by phone within 12h to answer all my questions and know my stay wishes.
6. I will pay on my arrival on site or by bank transfer 3 working days before my arrival

Methods payments

• Payment by : Credit Card, Cash in €, Paypal®, bank transfert.
• Currency accepted: Euro

Terms of cancellation

You can cancel up to the arrival date with the following charges:

• If your cancellation takes place more than 20 days from the date scheduled for your arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If your cancellation takes place between 20 days and 10 days before the date scheduled for your arrival, you will be charged 20% of the costs of accommodation
• If your cancellation takes place within 10 days of the date scheduled for your arrival, you will be charged 100% of the accommodation costs
• If you do not show up on the date scheduled for your arrival, 100% of the costs will be charged to you for accommodation and services.
